Hello and welcome to the Offline is a Goldmine Forum.
We have been getting spammed already, so i have had to do some updating to the user groups to help fight against this.
New users must have 5 reply posts in order to start there own threads and to use signatures with links in them.
I know this is a pain, but we want to keep this forum as spam free as possible.
So just go through the threads and make a few comments and you will be promoted from new member to junior member and have all the permissions you need.

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
